On December 24, CNOOC’s Official WeChat reported that the LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) light hydrocarbon recovery and treatment unit supplied by the special equipment branch of CNOOC engineering for the "offshore oil No. 119" FPSO (floating production storage and unloading unit) was successfully commissioned, which marks the success of the "incubation" of the first floating light hydrocarbon recovery unit independently designed and built by CNOOC.
